28th edition of CAN Info-Tech to be held from Feb 7 to 12

KATHMANDU: Federation of Computer Association Nepal (CAN Federation) is set to organise the 28th edition of CAN Info-Tech fair at Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu from February 7 to 12. The fair is organised annually with the aim of exhibiting new technologies developed in the field of communication and information technology and holding interactions for the development of this sector. [gallery link="file" columns="1" size="full" ids="32384,32386"] There will be maximum participation of entrepreneurs and companies relating to developments and innovations in the field of communication and information technology (CIT) at the six-day fair, according to CAN Federation. With the announcement of the 28th edition of CAN Info-Tech, the proposals for the title sponsorship, co-sponsorship, platinum, diamond, gold and silver sponsorship as well as other sponsorships and partnerships have been opened. CAN Federation member organisations as well as various national and international ICT companies will participate in the fair. Businesspersons will use the exhibition as a platform for expanding their businesses while visitors and guests can observe and learn about new technologies and purchase future technologies and equipment. This exhibition is considered to be a special place for those interested in IT to get information about the developments and applications in this field. The CAN Infotech will provide the opportunity for companies in the ICT sector to expand their market, understand customer needs, conduct market surveys, launch new products and establish mutual relationships with customers. Further, visitors can find software, networking and cloud solutions, mobile phone solutions, electrical and electronics and security solutions from national and international enterprises. Computer devices, printers, power systems, antivirus software, banking solutions and CCTV among other accessories will also be available at the exhibition. Similarly, the exhibition with provide information on the internet of things (IOT), blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI), alternative energy technology, software related to IT college, banks, insurance and accounting, and others used in the government sector, upcoming software and self-learning software and tutorials. The latest technology startup innovation and inventions developed according to the demand of the local market will help the campaign of creating Digital Nepal, the federation expressed its hope. Meanwhile, the CAN Federation has invited proposals for the construction of stalls and hangers and electricity supply, security guards, stationery, printing, etc. required for CAN Infotech 2023.
