Birgunj Customs Office witnesses surge in revenue collection

PARSA: Birgunj Customs Office has seen an increase of around 38% in revenue collection from the import and export in seven months of the current fiscal year 2021/22 as compared to the same period of the previous FY. The customs office in the major transit point of the country collected more than Rs 121.07 billion in revenue in the current FY. It had collected more than Rs 88.5 billion during the same period of the previous FY. The increment in revenue collection follows a surge in the import and export activities following the decreasing impact of Covid 19. READ ALSO:
