Chandragiri Hills concludes 13th AGM

KATHMANDU: The 13th annual general meeting (AGM) of Chandragiri Hills Ltd held on January 5 unanimously elected Hemraj Dhakal, Uttam Kumar Nepal, Kalyan Gurung and Dilip Shekhar Shrestha as members of the Board of Directors, on the behalf of founding shareholders, for four years. Moreover, the meeting of the newly elected board of directors held on the same day unanimously elected Dhakal as the chairman. Dhakal is also the Founder Chairman of Chandragiri Hills. During his long stay in Malaysia, Dhakal was impressed by the Genting Highlands Project and had envisioned Chandragiri Hills as an integrated tourism infrastructure since 2009. The company has built various infrastructures like Bhaleshwar Mahadev temple, view tower, children's park, seminar hall, adventure sports and five-star luxury resort in historically, culturally and naturally important Chandragiri hill to develop it as an integrated tourist destination.
