CIT, Khalti sign agreement for collection of contributed amount in pension scheme

KATHMANDU: An agreement has been reached between Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) and Khalti, a mobile wallet and payment service provider, regarding the collection of contributed amounts in the Citizen Pension Scheme operated by CIT. CIT Executive Director Raman Nepal and Khalti CEO Binay Khadka on Sunday signed an agreement regarding the collection of contributed amounts in the pension scheme. This agreement is expected to help self-employed Nepali citizens living in the country and abroad to collect funds in the pension scheme operated by CIT. This agreement is expected to support the scheme as the budget for the fiscal year 2023/24 has also announced the operation of a pension scheme for citizens. READ ALSO:
