A A- A+
KATHMANDU: A team from TCL Asia Pacific has recently visited Nepal for a market study and market expansion. TCL is a global technology brand that has grown from a small joint venture electronics company in Huizhou, China to a global industrial leader engaged in a wide range of businesses in a span of four decades. Caroline (Lin Qiu), Sales Director of TCL's Asia Pacific Sales Centre, and Rex (Liu Ren), Senior Sales Manager of TCL, visited Nepal. The team visited CG Digital showrooms in Kathmandu Tangal, Kumaripati and Basundhara and various dealer shops. Sales Director Lin said, “TCL, which is famous for quality products and services all over the world, is widely preferred in Nepal. The long cooperation with Chaudhary Group and this visit have encouraged us to expand our services in Nepal.” TCL also has future plans to expand exclusive showrooms and concept corners of TCL across Nepal, according to Lin. At present, TCL owns manufacturing and research and development centres and has a presence in more than 160 countries. CG EOL under CG Electronics of Chaudhary Group introduced TCL in Nepal in 2012. The brand now occupies a large market share in domestic electrical appliances in the country. Certified by OMDIA, TCL products include the global no. 1 Android Television brand TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, chest freezers, water dispensers and soundbars which are available in Nepal. Recently, CG Electronics has also started an assembly plant which has helped reduce the cost of TCL's products and created new job opportunities while customers have got products with quality service at minimal prices. Meanwhile, CG Electronics has continued with 'Football Hungama' — a scheme launched targeting international football tournaments. READ ALSO:
