PM agriculture project sees inadequate human resources in Baglung

BAGLUNG: The Prime Minister Agriculture Modernisation Project is being operated relying on the capacity of acting leadership. The project implementation unit in Baglung has been operating without senior agriculture officer for the past nine months. There is the designated position of under-secretary as the chief of the office in the project. However, the Agriculture Officer has been taking up the same responsibility. Acting Chief of the Project Sujit Poudel said inadequacy of human resource has added challenges to the operation of the project. According to him, only three people are working as sub-technical assistance while eight posts are lying vacant for the same. Likewise, a vacant post is lying for agriculture officer in the project. Now only 13 employees are working while there are designated posts for a total of 20 employees. By RSS READ ALSO:
