KATHMANDU: Jyoti Bikash Bank inaugurated its two branches in Dhulabari, Jhapa district and Attariya, Kailali district, on July 11.
The bank has opened new branches to extend its services to the customers.
Dhruba Kumar Upreti, promoter as well as previous chairman of Jyoti Bikash Bank, and the bank's chairman, Hari Chandra Khadka, jointly inaugurated the branch in Dhulabari, Mechinagar Municipality-10 of Jhapa district.
Likewise, founding shareholder of Jyoti Bikash Bank and former chairman of RaptiBheri Development Bank, Prem Bahadur Bhandari, and Godawari Municipality Mayor Birendra Bhatta jointly inaugurated the newly opened branch in Attariya, Godawari Municipality-2 of Kailali district.
It has been learnt that the bank's chief executive officer Shreechandra Bhatta, various stakeholders, customers and local residents were present on the occasion.
On the occasion, the new branches have issued zero dollar card, QR Code, Demat account, Mero Share registration, debit card, mobile banking service, internet banking service, all free of cost. The new branches are also providing monthly interest payments on all fixed deposits and offering 0.25% discount on loan service fees.
