‘SBAN Capital Market Futsal Cup 2022’ to kick off on June 11

KATHMANDU: Stock Brokers' Association of Nepal (SBAN) is set to organise ‘SBAN Capital Market Futsal Cup 2022’ with the slogan 'Futsal for Unity'. The football competition will be held at Dhuku Futsal in Chandol starting from 11:30 am on June 11. It will be held for a total of four days. The competition will be held in the course of advancing the programmes related to the sports sector. The association has formulated various programmes in an effort to integrate some of the activities under the corporate social responsibility of its member stock brokers.  Programmes related to health, education, sports and other social sectors have also been formulated by giving priority to education and building awareness among investors. Event Court will manage the competition to be attended by 36 teams comprising Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), CDS and Clearing Limited, stock broker entrepreneurs, merchant banks, credit rating agencies, depository members and other capital market-related bodies. All games will be controlled by All Nepal Football Association (ANFA)-certified referees to make the competition transparent and for the proper operation of its technical side. The banking partners, media partners and web partners of this competition are Global IME Bank, merolagani.com and goalnepal.com respectively. Jersey Nepal Pasal and Benchwarmers Nepal will be supporting the event. The statement issued by SBAN said this competition will be continued annually to strengthen relationships among all the stakeholders and employees related to the stock market.
