Vaidya Energy conducts Ather community ride

KATHMANDU: Vaidya Energy, the sole authorised distributor of Ather electric scooters in Nepal, conducted a community ride, on Saturday.

The event was attended by over 20 people, including Ather customers, company representatives, and media persons. The ride began at the Ather Service Centre in Tinkune and made its way to Dhulikhel via Bhaktapur Durbar Square. The event concluded in Dhulikhel with a variety of games and activities.

Suryansh Vaidya, the company's Director, handed out prizes to the winners of each game and committed to organising similar events in the future. He stated that these rides enable the company to directly address customer issues, thereby facilitating a smoother relationship. "Our goal extends beyond merely selling scooters; we also strive to provide exceptional after-sales service. We intend to maintain such initiatives in the future," he said.

In addition, Vaidya Energy unveiled its cutting-edge Experience Centre (EC) in Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur on Saturday, just a week after launching the first service centre for electric scooters in Tinkune, Kathmandu.
