SINDHULI: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has noted the progress of development works in Dudhauli Municipality of Sindhuli district over the last decade.
At the inauguration of the Dudhauli Municipal Hospital in Sindhuli, PM Dahal reflected on the city's development over the past decade. He observed an increase in people's awareness and living standards compared to a decade ago.
The hospital, with 15 beds, was built with an investment of Rs 160 million. The construction of the hospital has contributed to local development.
PM Dahal committed to initiatives for managing equipment, technology, and skilled personnel necessary for delivering quality health care services from the hospital. He announced plans to establish a snakebite treatment centre, noting the high number of snakebite fatalities each year.
PM Dahal affirmed that the current government prioritises agriculture, health care, good governance, and education sectors in its efforts towards national development and public welfare. He reiterated ongoing efforts to establish new industries and revitalise state-owned industries to create more jobs.

"Economic indicators are promising recently. Remittance inflow and revenue collection have increased. Growth in tourism has positively impacted the economy," PM Dahal stated.
Bagmati Province Chief Minister Shalikram Jammakattel, Dudhauli Municipality Mayor Dinesh Kumar Adhikari (Danuwar), House of Representative (HoR) members, Province Assembly Members, among others attended the programme organised to inaugurate the municipal hospital.
