KATHMANDU: Hansraj Hulaschand and Co, the authorised distributor of Bajaj motorcycles in Nepal, has successfully completed the '100 Pulsar NS Ride'.
Customers hailing from Sagarmatha and Janakpur zones participated in the event, which had a goal of planting 100 trees.
To mark World Wetlands Day, over 100 fruit trees were planted in the Sisaghari Wetlands, located in the Katari Municipality of Udayapur district.
The ride attracted more than 100 participants from various locations such as Janakpur, Dhanushadham, Yedukuwa, Jaleshwor, Mirchaiya, Golbazar, Rajbiraj, Bardibas, Gaighat, and Lahan. These riders not only planted trees with great enthusiasm but also engaged in a variety of entertaining games.
Bajaj rewarded the winners of these games with full helmets. Notably, the event also saw participation from riders over the age of 50 and women riders.
Bajaj asserts that this event, organised under the slogan "One Hundred NS Riders, One Mission", is the largest community ride in the country.
During the event, participants offered advice and suggestions to Bajaj for future programmes. The company has acknowledged these inputs and has committed to enhancing the execution of similar events in the future.
