NEPSE goes down 1.76 points, closes at 2033.06
KATHMANDU: Driven by Microfinance, Banking and Life Insurance Sectors, Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) Index was down 0.08% or 1.76 points to close at 2033.06.
The secondary market of Nepal has observed bearish trend in the last 3 trading sessions leading to an overall pessimistic sentiment.
The sensitive index also dropped 0.24% to conclude at 364.31. Total turnover declined to stand at 3.113 billion today. 314 listed companies’ shares were transacted. According to NEPSE, 9,342,546 shares exchanged hands in 76,803 transactions. 90 securities witnessed bullish trends while 150 declined.
