KATHMANDU: Management Association of Nepal (MAN) is preparing to host the 'CEO Conference' in Kathmandu on May 31, 2024.
The conference scheduled to be held at The Soaltee Kathmandu, will feature research-based strategies, knowledge, and insights from international experts.
In light of the Covid 19 pandemic, with its associated uncertainty and economic risks, this conference seeks to offer a platform for the sharing and collaboration of innovative thought, knowledge, and practical initiatives in Nepal's management field to address global challenges.
By tackling economic issues, social security, and lifelong learning, governments must ensure that new work trends benefit society. As the workplace undergoes transformation, cooperation among organisations, employees, and governments is vital. Emphasising communication, collaboration, employee well-being, diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning is essential to successfully advancing these changes, according to the MAN.
MAN is organising the conference with the belief that the future of work can be moulded by adopting these changes with the appropriate mindset and initiative, MAN President Mohan Raj Ojha said at a press conference organised at Hotel Royal Singi in Kathmandu today. The main theme of the conference is 'The Future of Work: Adapting to a Changing Landscape'. The main goal of the conference is to assist stakeholders in understanding how to integrate and navigate the future of the changing workplace, driven by technology-based business models, emerging industries, and innovation.
The conference will comprise four thematic sessions. The first session will concentrate on the main topics of the conference, while the second session will spotlight success stories: From the grassroots to the pinnacle. The third session will discuss strategies for achieving success in an unstable, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous world, and the final session will explore digital transformation.
Keynote speakers at the event will include Ian Pallister, Global Managing Partner and Founder of Stratega; Deepak Bagla, Managing Director and CEO of Invest India; Prabhu Rangarajan, Co-founder of M2P Fintech; and Sameer Maskey, Founder and CEO of Fusemachines Inc.
