Discussion held with diplomatic officials on consular services

KATHMANDU: The Department of Consular Services arranged a meeting with officials from the diplomatic mission, representatives from Asian Development Bank, United Nations, and South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) in Kathmandu.

In the discussion that took place on Tuesday, the Department's Director-General, Prakash Mani Poudel, disseminated information about the recent initiatives the Department has embarked on to enhance and streamline consular services.

The interactive programme was attended by over 60 participants from the diplomatic missions, including the UN.

The participants expressed their appreciation to the Department for promptly sharing information about the delivery of consular services.
