Aanbukhaireni-Muglin road closed; to be opened at 1pm
TANAHUN: Aanbukhaireni-Muglin section of Prithvi Highway is closed to traffic for three hours today.
The road, which was closed at 10:00 am, will reopen at 1:00 pm. This closure is to facilitate landslide-control works near the dam situated in Ambukhareni Municipality-4.
The road has been closed due to the need to trim large stones on the hillside, stated Pashupati Gyavali, the head of the district road division office.
The office has also appealed to the District Administration Office and the District Police Office to assist with traffic management on the Highway.
