Shangrila Motors offers 80 pc financing facility on Citroën C3 purchase
KATHMANDU: Shangrila Motors, the sole official distributor of the Citroën brand in Nepal, now offers an 80% financing facility for the purchase of the Citroën C3 (a petrol-powered vehicle). Customers can take advantage of this offer at any authorised Citroën showroom across the country.
Under this new scheme, customers have the option to make 20% down payment when purchasing the Citroën C3. In other words, customers can own this vehicle, priced at Rs 3,650,000, by making a down payment of Rs 720,000. The remaining balance amount can be paid through Equated Monthly Installments (EMIs) over 7 years.
In response to the increasing sales of electric cars in the automotive market, various companies have introduced attractive schemes to boost the sale of petroleum cars. Shangrila Motors has also launched a similar scheme, allowing customers to buy the Citroën C3 with a 20% down payment, similar to electric vehicles.
The Citroën C3, made in India with French DNA, features a 1200 cc petrol engine that produces 82 PS of power and 115 Nm of torque. It comes equipped with a 5-speed manual transmission gearbox and a Front-wheel Drive System. The vehicle has a top speed of 140 km per hour and offers a mileage of 19 kmpl.
Additional features of the Citroën C3 include tropicalised air conditioning, a spacious interior with panoramic exterior views, and a 10-inch infotainment touchscreen with wireless Android Auto and Apple connectivity, along with a 4-speaker audio system. Safety features include anti-lock braking system (ABS) with Electronic Brake Force Distribution (EBD) and dual airbags. With an impressive ground clearance of 180 mm, the vehicle is suitable for cruising various terrains.
