NIC Asia Capital to hold  8th AGM on Aug 27

KATHMANDU: NIC Asia Capital has announced that its eighth annual general meeting (AGM) will be held at its registered office in Thapathali, Kathmandu, at 9:00 am on August 27.

The decision to hold the AGM was made during the 143rd meeting of the Board of Directors (BOD) on July 31.

The AGM will review and approve the annual report of the BOD for the fiscal year 2023/24. Additionally, the BOD's proposal to distribute cash dividends of 52.53% (including tax) of the paid-up capital will be discussed and approved. NIC Asia Capital has rapidly gained popularity among customers, having successfully distributed 187.47% cash dividends by the seventh AGM. With the proposed 52.53% cash dividends, the total distribution will reach 240%.
