IME Pay’s refundable feature boosts domestic air ticket sales

KATHMANDU: The number of customers purchasing domestic air tickets has surged since IME Pay, Nepal's first digital wallet, introduced a refundable feature.

This increase is attributed to the user-friendly service and immediate refunds that IME Pay users receive via calls and emails. The refundable ticket feature has boosted customer confidence in purchasing air tickets for travel.

Users can buy domestic and international air tickets through the IME Pay app. The app offers cashback, reward points, and a refundable ticket feature for domestic flights.

IME Pay CEO Praveen Regmi expressed excitement about adding more services due to the growing user base and enthusiasm for the refundable ticket feature on domestic flights.
