KATHMANDU: Facial House, a prominent beauty salon, has recently launched Beauty Academy in Bharatpur Metropolitan City, Chitwan.

Sushma Mahara, Senior Beautician and Managing Director of Facial House, announced that the 'Facial House Beauty Academy' commenced operations last Saturday. The academy caters to both women and men in Chitwan who seek training related to beauty parlours.

Situated in the CG Landmark, the Beauty Academy boasts cutting-edge technology. It offers courses ranging from basic to diploma and master levels. Additionally, a specialised programme has been designed for individuals aspiring to work abroad in the beauty industry.

Facial House expanded its presence by opening its seventh branch in Bharatpur last April. Responding to demand from those interested in beauty arts education, the academy was established alongside the branch.

As part of the launch celebration, Managing Director Mahara announced 50% discount for enrollees in the six-month training course. To qualify, participants must register within one week of the academy's opening.

The academy plans to conduct two-hour classes daily, tailored to the schedules of at least six trainees. At the Bharatpur branch, more than 15 service recipients can be accommodated simultaneously. Facial House not only provides beauty-related training but also addresses hair and face concerns, makeup techniques, micro blading, hair extensions, and other services.

Known for introducing innovative beauty techniques in Nepal, Facial House caters to the preferences of the new generation. Services include hair care, skin care, artificial eyelash implants, and dreadlocks. The salon also offers facials using products sourced from Hong Kong and provides effective solutions for dandruff.

In collaboration with companies from China, Korea, Malaysia, and Thailand, Facial House offers herbal beauty and hair cosmetic products wholesale and retail, considering the unique needs of Nepali skin and hair. The salon has ambitious plans to produce herbal cosmetics locally soon.

The Facial House has earned recognition as Nepal's No. 1 Beauty Salon. Its headquarters, located on the 4th floor of Kathmandu Mall, has expanded its reach to include branches in KL Tower (Chabahil), Kathmandu, as well as in Pokhara, Surkhet, Dhangadhi, and now Chitwan.

Beyond beauty services, Facial House has diversified its offerings to include cosmetic products, the Beauty Academy, and entertainment services.
