Luxury EV brand Zeekr partners with Pioneer Moto Corp for distribution in Nepal
KATHMANDU: Zeekr, the newest luxury electric vehicle (EV) brand under China's Geely Group, has officially inked an agreement with Pioneer Moto Corp to distribute Zeekr products in Nepal.
The signing ceremony took place in Hangzhou, China, and was attended by key representatives. From Zeekr's side, Jeff Cao (General Manager, ZEEKR Euro Asia), Felix Hu (Regional Director, ZEEKR South Asia), and Randol Leung (Regional Marketing Director, ZEEKR Euro Asia) were present. Representing Pioneer Moto Corp, Sandeep Kumar Sharda (Managing Director) and Gaurav Sharda (Director) participated in the momentous occasion.
The event kicked off with a warm welcome speech, emphasising the mutual respect and shared vision between the two companies. The highlight, of course, was the formal signing of the distributorship agreement — a symbol of their commitment to a collaborative and forward-looking partnership. This strategic distributorship aims to revolutionise Nepal's automotive industry by leveraging the combined strengths of both organisations, ultimately delivering exceptional value and top-notch service to customers across the country. The celebration concluded with a joyous champagne toast, marking the beginning of this promising alliance.
Managing Director Sharda expressed his delight, stating, "I am thrilled to announce that we have been appointed as the Exclusive Distributor for the prestigious Chinese brand, ZEEKR. We eagerly anticipate introducing these high-end premium vehicles during the upcoming Auto show in Nepal."
