KATHMANDU: Global IME Bank has introduced the 'Global Junior' app, aimed at children aged 12 to 17 years, to foster good financial habits from an early age.
The app provides a digital banking experience, helping children develop saving habits and manage their savings under parental supervision. It is designed to instil financial responsibility and offers features such as balance checks, transaction inquiries, and QR code payments.
Parents maintain full control, ensuring a safe environment for children to learn financial management skills. The app can be downloaded on children's mobile devices, and Global Smart Plus app users can easily activate the feature.
The Global Junior app is free for the first year. Global IME Bank, known for its extensive network across all 77 districts of Nepal, continues introducing timely schemes for customer convenience.
