Nepal Infrastructure Bank donates Rs 5m to KIOCH

KATHMANDU: Nepal Infrastructure Bank (NIFRA) has donated Rs 5 million to the Kathmandu Institute of Child Health (KIOCH) as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative. The cheque was handed over by NIFRA CEO Krishna Bahadur Adhikari to KIOCH Chairman Prof Dr Bhagawan Koirala.

The handover ceremony took place at NIFRA's registered office, attended by CEO Adhikari, Deputy General Managers Surya Bahadur Tamang and Vinaya Nath Neupane, along with other bank officials. Representing KIOCH, Chairman Koirala was accompanied by Bhuwan Dahal and other officials.

The donated funds will be utilised for the infrastructure development of the children's hospital currently under-construction in Budhanilkantha, Kathmandu.

KIOCH aims to make a significant contribution to child health by providing specialised services for the treatment of children.
