KATHMANDU: Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) has officially launched its Business Intelligence System (BIS). This innovative system is designed to manage FNCCI's member database, conduct research, and streamline office operations.
The BIS will store all members' information, making it accessible to the members themselves. Approximately 600,000 businesses, either directly or indirectly affiliated with the FNCCI, will have their details included in this system.
Additionally, the BIS can be utilised to conduct surveys for policy recommendations and other research purposes. As a knowledge platform, the FNCCI's studies, data, and publications will be stored in the system and made accessible to the public.
Inaugurating the system, FNCCI President Chandra Prasad Dhakal stated that the BIS will facilitate the federation's research and policy advocacy efforts.
The BIS portal has been developed by Smart Solutions Technology, with technical support from the Asia Foundation Nepal.
