Xiaomi launches Redmi 14C in Nepal

KATHMANDU: Xiaomi has officially unveiled its latest smartphone, the Redmi 14C, in Nepal, promising a blend of powerful performance and an immersive viewing experience. This device is tailored for users seeking both style and functionality.

The Redmi 14C boasts a 6.88-inch Dot Drop Display with a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth visuals for gaming and browsing. It is powered by the MediaTek Helio G81-Ultra processor, which guarantees seamless multitasking and gaming performance. The smartphone features a 50MP AI dual camera and a 13MP front camera for high-quality photos and selfies. Additionally, it comes with a 5160mAh battery supporting 18W fast charging, and offers up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.

MediaTek Helio G81-Ultra Processor 

The octa-core CPU, featuring Cortex-A75 and Cortex-A55 cores clocked at up to 2.0GHz, ensures efficient multitasking and excellent performance for gaming, browsing, and media consumption. The Mali-G52 MC2 GPU handles graphic-intensive tasks with ease.

Dot Drop Display with 120Hz Refresh Rate 

The 6.88-inch display offers an immersive viewing experience with an 89.7% screen-to-body ratio. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth transitions and fluid visuals, with a brightness of up to 600 nits HBM and TÜV Rheinland certification for low blue light and flicker-free viewing. The 240Hz touch sampling rate enhances responsiveness for fast-paced interactions.

50MP AI Dual Camera and 13MP Selfie Camera 

The 50MP AI dual camera captures detailed and vivid images in various lighting conditions, with features like HDR, Night mode, and Portrait mode. The 13MP front camera offers crystal-clear selfies, with HDR, Night mode, and Time-lapse features for perfect shots even in low light.

5160mAh Battery with 18W Fast Charging

The 5160mAh battery supports up to 22 hours of video playback, ensuring long-lasting usage. The 18W fast charging capability allows for quick recharges, making the Redmi 14C reliable for heavy users.

Market Availability

The Redmi 14C is available in three colours: Midnight Black, Dreamy Purple, and Sage Green. It comes in three variants: 4GB + 128GB, 6GB + 128GB, and 8GB + 256GB, priced at Rs 13,999, Rs 15,999, and Rs 18,999 respectively.

The Redmi 14C will be available in all the authorised Mi Stores and Xiaomi-authorised retailers all over Nepal from September 27, 2024.
