Hyundai launches free highway check-ups for customers travelling during festival

KATHMANDU: Laxmi Intercontinental, the authorised distributor of Hyundai vehicles in Nepal, has launched its latest customer support initiative, ‘Hyundai Highway Assurance: Care Free Ride to Home.’

This programme offers complimentary vehicle check-ups at key locations along major highways, ensuring Hyundai owners enjoy a safe and trouble-free journey as they head home to celebrate festivals such as Dashain, Tihar, and Chhath. The initiative will run from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on October 8-11, providing timely assistance to Hyundai customers during this busy travel period.

As part of this programme, Hyundai has established nine strategic check-up points across the country’s highways, where Hyundai owners can avail themselves of a free 26-point vehicle inspection by certified technicians. In addition to the thorough check-up, Hyundai will also provide free top-ups of essential fluids, such as lubricants and coolants, ensuring vehicles are fully prepared for long journeys.

To further enhance customer convenience, portable DC chargers will be available at these checkpoints, providing charging solutions for electric vehicle owners. This proactive measure ensures customers can enjoy their festival holidays without concerns about their vehicles’ performance.

The check-up points are conveniently located in key areas, including Hetauda, Janakpur, Damak, Birtamod, Gajuri, Bharatpur, Butwal, Banke, and Kailali. Trained Hyundai professionals at the checkpoints will ensure vehicles are inspected and serviced efficiently. By offering these services, Hyundai reinforces its commitment to customer care and safety, ensuring all Hyundai drivers experience a smooth and worry-free ride to their families and homes during the festive season.
