BIRGUNJ, PARSA: Motorcycle imports via the Birgunj customs point have surged by 76.86% in the first two months of the current fiscal year 2024/25 compared to the same period last year.

Additionally, spare parts for 1,661,531 motorcycles, including mopeds worth Rs 341.72 million, were imported during the review period, a significant increase from 1,265,627 motorcycles’ spare parts worth Rs 23.9 million imported by September 17 of the last fiscal year.
