CIT underwrites shares of Lower Erkhuwa Hydropower Company worth over Rs 280.57m

KATHMANDU: Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) has signed an agreement with Lower Erkhuwa Hydropower Company to underwrite its shares. 

The agreement was signed by Parbat Kumar Karki, Executive Director of CIT, and Bishweshwar Subedi, Executive Director of Lower Erkhuwa Hydropower Company.

Under the agreement, CIT will underwrite 2,805,750 unit shares of Lower Erkhuwa Hydropower Company, amounting to Rs 280,575,000. The shares are priced at Rs 100 each.

The agreement is valid for six months from the date of signing.
