Yamaha Nepal hosts regional sales contest in Kathmandu

KATHMANDU: Yamaha Nepal organised its Regional Sales Skills Contest in Kathmandu on December 9, 2024. The event brought together 11 top-performing sales consultants from Yamaha dealerships across Kathmandu, celebrating excellence in sales expertise and product knowledge.

Participants had to complete rigorous Auto Basic, Product, and Process Training, followed by a competitive test to qualify. The highest-scoring consultant from each dealership earned a spot in this prestigious contest.

The competition concluded with Bikash Ranjitkar from The Wheels, Shallaghari emerging as the winner. Kushma Devkota from MAW, Balkhu secured the position of first runner-up, while Sumit Maharjan from Gorkha Manakamana Auto Enterprises, Ratopul, was named second runner-up.

The event saw participation from Yamaha dealerships and showrooms in Kathmandu. Contestants demonstrated their knowledge and skills, striving for top honours. The winner and first runner-up will represent Kathmandu at the National Sales Skills Contest.

Deepak Kumar Agrawal, ED and CEO of Yamaha Nepal, presented trophies and certificates to the winners. In his remarks, he commended the participants for their dedication and hard work, stating, “At Yamaha, we believe in empowering our team members with the skills and knowledge they need to excel. This contest celebrates their expertise and fosters a culture of continuous learning and excellence.”

As a token of appreciation, all participants received Certificates of Participation, recognising their efforts and commitment to the brand’s values.
