CIT underwrites shares of IME worth over Rs 125m

KATHMANDU: Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) has recently signed an agreement with IME to underwrite its shares. 

The agreement was signed by Parbat Kumar Karki, Executive Director of CIT, and Dibakar Paudel, Chief Executive Director of IME.

Under the agreement, CIT will underwrite 1,250,667 unit shares of IME, amounting to Rs 125,066,700. The shares are priced at Rs 100 each.

The agreement is valid for six months from the date of signing.
