Ncell introduces 'Unlimited Data Saapati' facility for prepaid customers
KATHMANDU: Ncell has introduced a new service that allows customers to access unlimited data on loans, enabling them to stay online even when their balance is low. Expanding its Saapati service, Ncell now offers customers the option of availing one-day unlimited data on loan.
This service is available to prepaid customers with a main balance of less than Rs 5. Effective on December 16, it allows users to enjoy unlimited mobile internet for 24 hours. Customers can activate this service by dialling *9988*4#. The charge for the unlimited data will be automatically deducted from the customer’s main balance upon their next recharge.
The total cost for the Unlimited Data Saapati is Rs 52.48, which includes a service charge of Rs 2.48 and Rs 50 for the one-day unlimited data. This service is available to Ncell prepaid customers who have been using Ncell’s SIM for at least 30 days.
Ncell believes that the Unlimited Data Saapati will be particularly beneficial for customers who want to enjoy the ongoing Nepal Premier League (NPL) matches online or perform other online activities when their balance is low.
In addition to this Unlimited Data Saapati, Ncell also offers Rs 40 balance, 1GB of data with a three-day validity, and 90 minutes of all-Nepal talk time with a three-day validity under its Saapati service.
