SPG Automobiles announces cricketer Airee as Brand Ambassador for Omoda, Jaecoo

KATHMANDU: SPG Automobiles, the authorised distributor for Omoda and Jaecoo Automobile Co in Nepal, has officially announced renowned cricketer Dipendra Singh Airee as the brand ambassador for Omoda and Jaecoo in Nepal.

In a special ceremony held at Silver Oak in Kathmandu, Airee, who is also the captain of Sudurpashchim Royals and the 'Electrifying Player of the Tournament' in the Nepal Premier League (NPL) 2024, was appointed as the official brand ambassador of Omoda and Jaecoo.

The event was attended by representatives from the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN), directors of Sharda Group, and media personnel.

At the event, Airee expressed his delight in partnering with Omoda and Jaecoo. He remarked, "A futuristic EV with so many features at an affordable price is unmatched in this segment. I am thrilled to be associated with Omoda and Jaecoo, brands that signify success in the EV market through innovation and futuristic technology."

The ceremony was graced by the presence of Shiv Ratan Sharda, Chairman of Sharda Group; Sandeep Kumar Sharda, Managing Director; Gaurav Sharda, Director of SPG Automobiles; the SPG Automobiles team; CAN representatives; media; and influencers.

Handing over the key of the Omoda E5 to Airee, SPG Automobiles Director Gaurav Sharda expressed pride in appointing a personality committed to performance and excellence as the brand ambassador for Omoda and Jaecoo.
