Garima Capital manages 100 million units of 'Garima Samriddhi Yojana'

KATHMANDU: Garima Capital, in collaboration with Garima Bikas Bank, has successfully managed the public issue and sale of 100 million units of the 'Garima Samriddhi Yojana', a closed-end scheme under Garima Mutual Fund. The scheme, with a face value of Rs 10 per unit, was open for subscription from 22nd to 26th December 2024.

During this period, a total of 94,681 applications were received for 121,878,590 units. Due to the overwhelming response exceeding the issued units, the allocation was conducted in accordance with the 'Collective Investment Funds Directives, 2069', which permits a maximum allotment of 25% of the scheme size.

All duly applied applicants were invited to the Issue and Sale Manager, NIMB Ace Capital, located in Lajimpat, Kathmandu, at 9:00 am on Thursday. This process adhered to the 'Securities Issuance and Allotment Directives, 2074'.
