Prez Paudel inspects Kathmandu-Tarai/Madhesh Expressway

KATHMANDU: President Ramchandra Paudel inspected the under-construction Kathmandu-Tarai/Madhesh Expressway today.

During the visit, President Paudel received updates on the progress of the Kathmandu-Tarai/Madhesh Expressway Road Project, according to the President's Secretariat.

President Paudel directed the Nepali Army to complete the project within the stipulated time. The project, being constructed by the Nepali Army, will span from Kathmandu-Lalitpur-Makawanpur to Nijgadh in Bara.

The construction of the expressway, which will connect the East-West Highway, is expected to significantly contribute to the country's development.
