Prez Paudel congratulates Trump on assumption of US presidency

KATHMANDU: President Ramchandra Paudel has extended his congratulations to Donald J Trump upon his assumption of office as the 47th President of the United States.

Taking to social media platform X today, President Paudel stated, "My warm felicitations to His Excellency Mr Donald J Trump for assuming the office as the 47th President of the United States of America and my best wishes for a successful tenure."

President Paudel expressed hope that the cordial relations between Nepal and the United States would be further deepened and expanded in the days to come.
