KATHMANDU: ICFC Finance has announced the launch of a public offering for 300,000 units of its '9% ICFC Finance Limited Debenture 2088' effective today.
The seven-year debenture, featuring a 9% coupon rate, will be available for subscription until January 26, 2025, with an extension option until February 5, 2025, if undersubscribed.
Of the 300,000 units being issued, 60% (180,000 units) will be allocated via private placement, while the remaining 120,000 units, worth Rs 120 million, will be available for public subscription. Among these, 5% (6,000 units) will be reserved for mutual funds. The total issue aims to raise Rs 300 million.
Kumari Capital will manage the issue, with a minimum subscription set at 25 units and a maximum of 120,000 units per investor.
