KATHMANDU: In a recent statement, Mark Tolley, Regional Director for APAC at inDrive, reiterated the company's zero-tolerance policy towards any offensive or unlawful activities by users. "We strongly condemn such behaviour," he declared.

He underscored that user safety, particularly for women, remains a priority for inDrive. "We deeply regret and apologise for the incidents experienced by our users," he added.

InDrive has pledged full cooperation with authorities to ensure justice, while also reaffirming its commitment to service improvement and maintaining trust as a core value.

Key safety features introduced by inDrive include a safety button for quick contact with support, police, or ambulance services; a ride-sharing option for real-time trip status updates; and the ability for users to rate their drivers or passengers after each ride.
