
KATHMANDU: The annual report of the National Natural Resources and Fiscal Commission (NNRFC) for the year 2079/80 BS and three reports from parliamentary committees were presented at the meeting of the House of Representatives on Thursday.
On behalf of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, Minister for Communication and Information Technology Prithvi Subba Gurung presented the NNRFC report for 2079/80 BS.
Finance Committee President Santosh Chalise presented the committee's report on the Secured Transactions (First Amendment) Bill, 2081 BS. He noted that the committee had received amendment proposals on 28 points, which were discussed over three meetings before finalising the report.
President Chalise also presented the committee's report on the Economic Procedure and Fiscal Responsibility (First Amendment) Bill to the House of Representatives.
Additionally, the President of the State Affairs and Good Governance Committee, Ramhari Khatiwada, presented the committee's report on the Prevention of Corruption (First Amendment) Bill, 2081 BS, to the House.
