
KATHMANDU: The 'Bajaj Mileage Champions' event successfully concluded in Janakpur on Monday.
Riders from Janakpur showcased the highest mileage capacity of their Bajaj Platina motorcycles, according to Bajaj company officials.
The event, hosted by Om Automobiles, took place at Bahrabigha.
More than 500 people attended the Mileage Champions event, where 102 Platina riders competed to cover the maximum distance at the minimum fuel cost.
Mohan Kumar Mahato secured first place in the competition, achieving an impressive 93.6 kilometres per litre. Siddhanth Prasiddha Sah finished second with a performance of 88.5 km per litre, while Rahul Kumar Sah came third with 86.4 km per litre.
The event highlighted the Bajaj Platina's fuel-saving and reliability features while fostering a sense of community and friendly competition among Bajaj enthusiasts.
Bajaj's Area Sales Manager, Sujan Chaudhary, stated that the Champions event was organised to inform the general customer segment about the mileage of Bajaj Platina.
Among Bajaj's motorcycles, Platina is renowned for providing maximum mileage. With the recent increase in petroleum product prices, this motorcycle has become extremely popular among customers.
