Corporate Club Nepal hosts 'Awards for Corporate Excellence', 'Awards for Distinguished Services 2024'

KATHMANDU: Corporate Club Nepal hosted the 'Awards for Corporate Excellence' and the 'Awards for Distinguished Services 2024' in Pulchowk, Lalitpur, on Tuesday.

Minister for Home Affairs, Ramesh Lekhak, attended as the chief guest at the fourth edition of the awards ceremony.

The event was organised to recognise organisations and individuals who have made significant contributions to Nepal's economic and social development by excelling in the private sector.

The organisers believe such programmes strengthen the morale of society and inspire individuals and organisations to contribute positively to their communities. "In the coming days, we are moving forward with the belief that this programme will be a common initiative for individuals and organisations committed to contributing to society in various fields," said Samjhana Sharma, Vice Chairperson of organising committee.

Preparations for this event began four months ago, and the jury has been working continuously since then. The jury, led by Prof Dr Fatta Bahadur KC, included Sachin Joshi, Chairman of the Board of Fonepay; Sarita Bhatta Adhikari, Former Director of Nepal Rastra Bank; Deepak Raj Joshi, CEO of Nepal Tourism Board (NTB); and senior journalist Dil Bhusan Pathak.
