Everest Bank, NBI sign MoU for 'Training Need Assessment'

KATHMANDU: Everest Bank and the National Banking Institute (NBI) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to carry out a Training Need Assessment (TNA) for Everest Bank employees. 

The collaboration aims to identify areas for skill improvement and enhance employee efficiency to improve organisational excellence.

At the signing ceremony, Everest Bank Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Sudesh Khaling said, “This initiative reflects our dedication to employee skill development through continuous professional education, enabling our workforce to tackle challenges in the banking sector and achieve desired outcomes.”

NBI CEO Kumar Lamsal added, “A well-conducted TNA lays the groundwork for designing and implementing effective training programmes that enhance productivity and service quality.”

The partnership underscores Everest Bank’s commitment to adopting a structured approach to employee development, in alignment with the shared goal of both organisations to improve efficiency within Nepal’s banking sector.
