The restaurant’s grand opening was graced by the French Ambassador to Nepal, Virginie Corteval, who inaugurated the venue during an elegant ceremony. Her presence brought an international flair that harmonised with the global spirit embodied by Mercure Kathmandu Sukedhara Heights.
Sopra Italiano’s menu tells a story of culinary heritage, featuring hand-stretched pizzas, freshly made pasta, and indulgent Italian desserts.
