KATHMANDU: Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI), in collaboration with the American Chamber of Commerce in Nepal (AmCham Nepal), has organised 'Tech Peak Nepal: Orlando 2025', the first international roadshow for Nepal’s IT and IT-enabled services (ITES) industry in the United States.
The roadshow was held from March 24 to 27, at the Shared Services & Outsourcing Week (SSOW) Conference in Orlando, Florida.
The event positioned Nepal as a destination for ITES and outsourcing, showcasing the nation’s potential in the global technology market. It included a Nepal Pavilion at the SSOW Conference 2025, the largest gathering of outsourcing professionals globally.
Six Nepali tech companies—Sakchha, Innovate Tech, F1Soft, Simjung, Cynical Technology, and Monal Tech—participated in the Nepal Pavilion. They presented their solutions, technological innovations, and outsourcing capabilities to an international audience.
Ajit Shah, Chair of the CNI IT Council and Founding Chairman of AmCham Nepal, led the delegation. Nepali companies shared the platform with global firms such as Capgemini, SAP, Infosys, IBM, and Wipro, demonstrating Nepal’s readiness for investment in its ITES industry.
CNI President Rajesh Kumar Agrawal said, “Tech Peak Nepal: Orlando 2025 has made history. This initiative has successfully showcased Nepal’s immense potential in the global outsourcing industry. We believe this is just the beginning.”
Nirmal Kajee Shrestha, President of AmCham Nepal, stated, “This collaboration between CNI and AmCham Nepal has set a new benchmark for Nepal’s ITES sector. The connections made will lead to more investments and partnerships.”
The roadshow aimed to position Nepal as a competitive outsourcing destination, focusing on its skilled workforce, cost-effectiveness, and innovative solutions. It marked a significant step in Nepal’s digital transformation, attracting attention from key stakeholders globally.
