Samsung Nepal launches Galaxy M16 5G with advanced features, stylish design

KATHMANDU: Samsung Nepal has launched the Galaxy M16 5G, describing it as a 'monster device' with segment-leading innovations. The latest addition to the Galaxy M series combines style with advanced features to deliver new possibilities for consumers.

“Galaxy M16 5G comes with monster innovations and performance, continuing the legacy of the M series,” said Pranaya Ratna Sthapit, Director of Samsung Nepal. “With a refreshed design, the new Galaxy M16 5G is built to enhance both style and performance, and it sets a new benchmark with a segment-leading FHD+ Super AMOLED display, six generations of OS upgrades and security updates.”

The device features a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display offering high-quality colour contrast and an immersive viewing experience. Its adaptive high brightness mode enables use even under bright sunlight, making it ideal for Gen Z and millennials.

In terms of design, the Galaxy M16 5G introduces a new linear grouped camera module and a bold colour palette. At just 7.9mm thick, it is sleek and ergonomic. The phone is available in Blush Pink, Mint Green, and Thunder Black.

Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, the Galaxy M16 5G supports fast and efficient multitasking. It is equipped with a 50MP main camera, a 5MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP macro camera, and a 13MP front camera for selfies.

The device boasts a 5000mAh battery, supporting 25W fast charging for extended use across browsing, gaming, and media streaming.

Samsung has committed to six generations of OS upgrades and six years of security updates for the Galaxy M16 5G. It also incorporates advanced security features such as Samsung Knox Vault and Voice Focus, which reduces ambient noise during calls.

The Galaxy M16 5G is available at authorised Samsung stores in Nepal in Black, Light Green, and Light Pink. Customers can purchase the device with instalment options starting from Rs 1350 per month through Samsung InstaFinance, with 0% interest. Older phones can also be exchanged through SabkoPhone and ArkoStore.
