Ncell offers bonus data on online mobile balance recharges
KATHMANDU: Ncell customers can now receive bonus data on every online mobile balance recharge of Rs 100 and above through the Ncell App, a self-service mobile application designed to enhance the digital customer experience with various features.
For every online recharge between Rs 100 and Rs 200 via the Ncell App, customers receive 200MB of bonus data, valid for one day. For recharges of Rs 200 and above, they receive 500MB of bonus data with a three-day validity. The bonus does not apply to recharges made using physical scratch cards.
The offer aims to encourage customers to adopt digital transactions while receiving bonus data and accessing multiple services through the Ncell App in a single platform. The app enables users to complete various tasks with two clicks, making it a convenient self-care tool.
Through the Ncell App, users can subscribe to data or voice packs, including Sadhain ON and Sadhain ON Renewal packs, monitor service usage, recharge online, convert resources between data and voice, send gifts, and more. Other available features include access to online and offline games, news updates from leading media outlets, monthly bill viewing, service activation and deactivation, roaming services, and additional functionalities.
The Ncell App also serves as a one-stop solution for Nepali migrants abroad, providing easy recharge options, pack purchases, and seamless SIM usage while roaming, whether for short visits or long-term stays. Customers can download the Ncell App from the Google Play Store or App Store to utilise these benefits.
