KATHMANDU: Grande International Hospital and Cybernetics signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in Kathmandu on Monday, marking a step forward in healthcare and digital technology.
The agreement introduces a health package for patients residing in Nepal, including parents and other family members of individuals living abroad. This package allows sons, daughters, and other relatives abroad to purchase healthcare services online for their families in Nepal.
The package covers services such as full body check-ups, pathology, preventive and OPD services, physiotherapy, orthopaedics, neurology, cardiology, and additional health check-up facilities.

The MoU was signed by Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Grande International Hospital, Col Amrit Khanna, and Executive Director of Cybernetics, James Nyachhyon, in the presence of senior officials from both organisations.

Speaking at the event, Col Khanna said, "Nepali nationals living abroad will now be able to provide world-class healthcare to their parents and relatives by purchasing it online. This agreement is a moment of pride for all of us."
Nyachhyon added, "We are on a journey to deliver healthcare facilities to all Nepalis living abroad for their relatives residing in Nepal with the help of digital technology."
This partnership is expected to bridge the gap between healthcare access and technology, bringing convenience and quality service to families in Nepal.
