
KATHMANDU: inDrive, a global mobility and urban services platform, recently hosted a session titled “The Better Drive: Initiative — Money, Mind, Manner.”
The event aimed to empower inDrive’s driver partners and engage media representatives by offering insights into financial literacy, road safety, mental well-being, and customer service excellence. These are considered essential elements in shaping a safe, professional, and welcoming ride-hailing ecosystem. inDrive remains committed to improving the well-being of its drivers while creating employment opportunities.
During the session, representatives from the Traffic Police emphasised the importance of road safety and traffic rules, focusing on measures to ensure safer practices on roads. Financial literacy was highlighted by Chief Growth Officer of IME Pay, Sanjeev Neupane, who provided driver partners with skills to manage money effectively and achieve long-term financial stability. Shreeya Giri, Founder of Happy Minds, addressed mental health awareness, underscoring its importance for personal and professional growth. Motivational Speaker Ranjit Acharya discussed hospitality and customer experience, stressing the role of courteous service in enhancing customer satisfaction within the ride-hailing industry. Additionally, attendees learned about inDrive’s commitment to fair pricing and upcoming initiatives centred on community support and driver empowerment.
