President Bhandari issues Railway Ordinance

KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari issued the Railway Ordinance-2078 BS, on Tuesday. President Bhandari issued the Ordinance in accordance with Article 114 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal as per the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, according to the Office of the President.
