HoR approves proposal to discuss MCC; next meet at 6:30 pm

KATHMANDU: A meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) has approved the proposal to hold a general discussion on the grant aid agreement between the Government of Nepal and the US aid agency Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC). The proposal presented by Finance Minister Janardan Sharma in today's meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) was approved by a majority. Earlier, lawmakers from various political parties expressed their views on the proposal. The next meeting of the HoR will take place at 6:30 pm, House Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota declared.
