Transurethral resection of the prostate (TGA) is a surgical procedure in which part of the prostate is removed. When the prostate gland enlarges, the urinary tract is obstructed. As a treatment, prostate surgery is done. Once the prostate is treated, some people's ducts shrink and in some patients when not cut completely there could have a chance to grow back. This is why some people face problems again after prostate surgery.
According to doctors, men who have crossed 45 years should have their prostate gland examined from time to time.
