Gold price drops by Rs 500 per tola today; priced at Rs 92,300

KATHMANDU: The price of hallmark gold is Rs 92,300 per tola in the domestic market today. The gold price has dropped by Rs 500 per tola. The precious yellow metal was traded at Rs 92,800 per tola on Tuesday. As per the price fixed by the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FeNeGoSiDA), the price of worked gold is Rs 91,800 per tola today. It was Rs 92,300 per tola on Tuesday. The FeNeGoSiDA said the price of silver has remained static and is being traded at Rs 1,210 per tola today. The Federation is authorised to fix the price of gold and silver in the domestic market on the basis of its international price. The gold price in the international market is $1,769.15 per ounce (oz) today.
